Welcome to Hell’s Kitchen

This weekend I was working in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of NYC. Over the years it’s become a much nicer area but some parts are still sort of dumpy.
On a break I was walking around taking pictures and I stopped and chatted with this handsome homeless fellow. I thought his choice of seating was so ironic and so NY in a way. I also loved the bright green corrugated metal wall.
